Nvidia confirmed Oct. 23 that 32 barred Blackwell Ultra B300 accelerators were detected operating across internet addresses registered to state carrier China Telecom, calling the diversion a non-factor.

The discovery marks the first documented appearance of Nvidia's flagship Blackwell silicon linked to Chinese state network infrastructure. United States export controls prohibit shipments of the advanced processors to China without an explicit licence from the Department of Commerce.
